I’m Frankie Sekhon — an Intuitive Mentor, and founder of a multi-faceted business that activates mission-led CEOs to lead from soul, scale sustainably, and build empires rooted in truth, joy, and feminine power.

We’re in a season of expansive growth. With multiple offers including high-end retreats, private coaching, a signature membership, and masterclasses — our impact is deepening and our reach is scaling.

Now, I’m looking for a dedicated, innovative, and strategic Growth Marketing Expert to join me on this mission — someone who doesn’t just “do marketing,” but deeply gets the essence of this work and is ready to grow with me, long-term.

Your Role

As our Growth Marketing Expert, you’ll be the driving force behind:

• Optimising video content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok and other visual platforms — repurposing longform into magnetic shortform content that converts.

• Developing & executing online advertising strategies across Meta, YouTube, and Google platforms — managing ad spend, tracking performance, and optimising for growth.

• Launching & growing our podcast — from ideation and setup to audience-building and promotion.

• Generating ideas & campaigns that bring our brand to life in new ways — creating innovative content and marketing angles that feel fresh, authentic, and powerful.

• Building out our growth strategy alongside me — bringing your expertise to the table and helping shape the direction of our digital ecosystem.

• Tracking analytics and performance to help us scale sustainably while staying soul-aligned.

You Are…

• A seasoned growth marketer with 3+ years of experience (agency, startup, or coaching industry preferred).

• A creative thinker with a strategic mind — you bring the big vision and the details.

• An expert in digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads etc).

• Fluent in video marketing, including YouTube optimisation, editing repurposed content, and creating hooks and reels that magnetise.

• Familiar with podcast platforms, podcast growth strategies, and launching shows that build deep audience connection.

• Highly self-motivated, self-led proactive, and ready to fly in this type of role. You don’t wait to be told what to do — you bring the ideas to the table.

• Aligned with my values and mission. You care deeply about empowering heart-led entrepreneurs, feminine leadership, spiritual connection, and conscious business.

• Looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with a brand you believe in — not just a “gig” or a short-term project.
