Two (2) monthly 90-minute private coaching sessions with a focus on one transformational area per session.

Ongoing 1:1 private Telegram mentorship (Monday–Thursday, 10am–4pm UK time) for intuitive guidance, energetic support, and implementation.

Strategic advisory to meet your personal, professional, and business goals, tailored to your unique vision and energetic blueprint.

Personalised healing and manifestation meditations.

Bespoke trainings, tools, and resources hosted via a private Google Drive folder.

Access to The Self Sourced Mastermind for the full duration of the coaching partnership, including all live sessions, content libraries, and member-exclusive resources.

The Programme will run from when the first payment is processed, and for 6 months thereafter.

Coaching sessions are facilitated via Zoom, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Session dates and times will be scheduled in advance for the six-month duration. Clients are expected to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule; otherwise, the session may be forfeited.

The total investment for the Programme is £18,666 payable in 6 X Monthly £3,111.

The first payment is due at the time of enrolment. Subsequent payments will be collected automatically each month via the agreed payment method.

It is your responsibility to ensure that payments are made on time and that your billing details are kept up to date.

Non-payment or late payment may result in removal from the Programme, with no entitlement to refund or continued access to services.

By enrolling, you are committing to the full six-month duration of the Programme. This is a deep transformational journey and requires full energetic and financial commitment.

All payments are final. No refunds or early terminations are permitted, regardless of participation levels or personal circumstances.

If you choose to withdraw from the Programme early, the remaining balance will still be due and payable in full.

The coaching services provided are designed to support and guide you in your personal and professional development. However, FMC does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes.

The success of the coaching process is dependent on your personal commitment, actions, and circumstances. You are solely responsible for applying the insights, tools, and strategies discussed during the coaching sessions to achieve your desired results.

Under no circumstances will FMC be held liable for any lack of progress or failure to achieve particular results.

Telegram support is available Monday to Thursday between 10am–4pm UK time. Messages outside these hours may not be responded to until the next working day.

All resources, trainings, and meditations will be shared via Google Drive. It is your responsibility to download and store your materials prior to the end of the Programme.

This agreement is non-transferable. Your place in the Programme is for your use only and may not be gifted, sold, or shared with another individual.

If you default on payment, or breach these Terms (including sharing access), you will forfeit all rights to the Programme and any future engagements with Frankie Milligan Coach Ltd.

Breach of Agreement: Should you be in breach of any term of this agreement at any point, you will be liable for the full outstanding balance of the Programme fees, regardless of the circumstances or timing of such breach.

We reserve the right to terminate this agreement and your access to the Programme in the event of serious misconduct or breach of these Terms

Any changes to your enrolment or requests to amend this agreement must be submitted in writing to [email protected] , with the subject line: “Change of Enrolment Terms Request.”

All communication between the Client and FMC will be treated with strict confidentiality.

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.

By enrolling, you consent to the collection and storage of your data for the purposes of delivering the Programme.

All materials, content, and resources shared throughout the Programme remain the intellectual property of Frankie Milligan Coach Ltd.

These may not be duplicated, shared, or reproduced without explicit written permission.

Frankie Milligan Coach Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Programme.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Programme.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under this Agreement due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemic, or disruption to internet services.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
