These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Arabian Nights Luxury Retreat ("the Retreat") delivered by Frankie Milligan Coach Ltd trading as Self Sourced ("we", "us", or "our"). By enrolling in the Retreat, you ("you" or "the Client") agree to the following terms, which are binding under UK law.

1. Booking & Payment

1.1 By submitting payment for Arabian Nights, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

1.2 Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.

1.3 Tiered pricing is available as follows:

First 5 places: £1,777
Next 5 places: £2,222
Remaining places: £3,333

1.4 Payment plans are available over 3 months. All payment plan instalments must be completed at least two days before the retreat start date (by 4th November 2026). Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of your place without refund.

1.5 Room allocation is based on a shared occupancy basis (twin beds or king-sized bed sharing) and will be assigned on a first-booked basis. Private room upgrades are subject to availability and additional cost—please contact [email protected] or +44 7718899269 to arrange.

2. No Refunds Policy

2.1 All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2.2 This includes but is not limited to: change of mind, personal circumstances, travel disruptions, illness, injury, or inability to attend for any reason.

2.3 By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this no refunds policy and accept full responsibility for your commitment.

2.4 In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by Self Sourced, your investment will be transferred to a future retreat date.

3. What Is Included

Your investment includes:

3-day retreat experience with 2 overnight stays in luxury accommodation (shared occupancy)
All mastermind trainings, embodiment sessions, and activations
Movement, meditation, and breathwork sessions
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the retreat
Hot air balloon experience
Curated surprise and delight sensory experiences

4. What Is Not Included

The following are not included in your investment and are your responsibility to arrange and cover:

Flights to and from Dubai
Airport transfers and local transportation
Travel insurance
Personal expenses, additional spa treatments, or excursions
Any costs incurred outside of the scheduled retreat programming

5. Travel & Insurance

5.1 You are responsible for arranging your own flights, visas (if applicable), travel insurance, and transportation to and from the retreat venue.

5.2 We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

5.3 Self Sourced and Frankie Sekhon are not liable for any travel disruptions, delays, cancellations, or costs incurred.

6. Health & Wellbeing

6.1 By attending this retreat, you confirm that you are in good physical and mental health and able to participate in all scheduled activities including movement, breathwork, and embodiment practices.

6.2 If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, you must disclose these prior to the retreat by contacting [email protected] .

6.3 You participate in all retreat activities at your own risk. Self Sourced and Frankie Sekhon are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse reaction that may occur during the retreat.

6.4 If you require medical attention during the retreat, any costs incurred will be your responsibility.

7. Conduct & Experience

7.1 This is a sacred, high-level container for transformation. All attendees are expected to show up with respect, presence, and openness.

7.2 Self Sourced reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or not in alignment with the integrity of the space—without refund.

7.3 Photography and videography may take place during the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed/filmed unless you explicitly opt out in writing prior to the event.

8. Liability

8.1 Self Sourced, Frankie Sekhon, and any associated facilitators, venues, or partners are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or theft of personal belongings during the retreat.

8.2 You attend this retreat entirely at your own risk and release Self Sourced from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation.

9. Force Majeure & Venue Changes

9.1 Self Sourced is not liable for failure to deliver the retreat due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, venue cancellations, or travel bans.

9.2 If for any reason the retreat cannot proceed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Self Sourced reserves the right to relocate the retreat to an alternative location of comparable luxury and experience.

9.3 In the event of a venue relocation, all attendees will be notified as early as possible. The retreat experience, inclusions, and overall value will be maintained.

9.4 If the retreat must be cancelled entirely due to force majeure, your investment will be transferred to a future retreat date.

10. Changes to the Retreat

10.1 Self Sourced reserves the right to make changes to the retreat schedule, activities, or venue if necessary, while maintaining the overall integrity and value of the experience.

10.2 Any significant changes will be communicated as early as possible.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 Your personal information will be used solely for the purposes of administering your retreat booking and communicating relevant details.

11.2 We will not share your information with third parties except where necessary to deliver the retreat experience (e.g., accommodation providers).

11.3 By booking, you consent to receive email communication related to the retreat and Self Sourced offerings. You may unsubscribe at any time.
