The turning point came when I realised that all the external success in the world means nothing if you're disconnected from your soul. I had achieved everything I thought I wanted — and I was running on empty. Constantly proving instead of simply being.

Lynn Black and Garry Hutton, are both 8 figure heart-led founders across education, care, manufacturing and teach industries.

Lynn is also an investor and philanthropist, driven by the belief that LOVE is our ultimate superpower. She started with a charity, Love Learning Scotland, which grew into the Love Group, and she builds and invests in purpose-led businesses across education, care, AI, property and manufacturing.

Garry Hutton spent more than 30 years in residential childcare and education before moving into business as a director and company builder. He built the AI at the heart of Sirius.

Together they are the founders of Sirius Star Labs, a platform and community for conscious business owners. Frankie has joined as a strategic partner.
