Welcome to The Self Sourced Podcast. I'm your host, Frankie Sekhon, and this is our portal for untethered conversations focused on creating soul-rich empires, thriving love lives, family freedom, and a life that feels richer than it looks.

I am buzzing to welcome you to Episode 1 of The Self Sourced Podcast.

This is a conversation about what it means to be Self Sourced, who the Self Sourced woman is, and how you can tap into your own Self Sourced power — activating your untethered code, that deep freedom within.

What It Means to Be Self Sourced

Being Self Sourced is about tapping into the wisdom of your soul.

It’s about recognising that beyond your body, beyond your mind — you are energy. At the core of who you are, beneath the layers of identity, conditioning, and biology — you are light.

The Self Sourced woman leads heart first.

She is heart first.

The heart is the portal — the connection to the soul and to the universe. And when we learn to work with the energetic intelligence of the heart, we move beyond the limitations of the mind and body and access the limitless potential of the soul.

When we bring that energetic awareness back into our body — into our lived experience — that is when we begin to shift our reality, and often far more quickly than we think is possible.

A Frequency-First Approach

This work is quantum and energetic.

At the deepest level, everything is frequency.

So when we desire change — whether in leadership, relationships, or business — we must go to the root. And the root is not just mindset, not just the nervous system, not just beliefs.

The root is our energy.

I call this our coding.

When we shift our energetic coding first, everything else begins to recalibrate.

Many people start with mindset work, nervous system work, or behavioural change. And while those are powerful, they don’t always reach the core — which is why so many people stay stuck in cycles.

The Self Sourced approach is frequency first.

Quantum Creation & Identity

Every reality already exists — and it exists now.

When we shift our energy, we begin to connect with — or “entangle” with — those realities.

For example, if you desire a new level of success in your business, you can energetically connect with that version of you — and then bring that frequency into your body.

From there, your role is to normalise it.

To think, act, decide, and lead from that place — as if it is already yours.

Because energetically, it is.

This is where identity shifts happen.

This is where alignment happens.

This is where results accelerate.

The Self Sourced Woman

At the highest level, the Self Sourced woman embodies this frequency-first way of being.

She asks:

How deeply can I embody the truth of my soul?

How freely can I express that truth?

How fully can I co-create with the universe?

This is not surface-level work.

This is deep, lifelong embodiment.

Inside my Self Sourced containers, this is the work we do — and it creates profound, often quantum, transformation.

But this isn’t a quick fix.

It’s a journey. A devotion.

I spent over 20 years in corporate marketing, building what looked like a successful career.

But internally, I felt unfulfilled.

So I walked away — without a plan.

Because freedom has always been a core value for me.

Now, I build my life and business around that freedom.

This year, my code is Untethered.

Not a word — a code.

The question I’m living into is:
How free can I be?

Right now, we are completely redesigning our lives.

We’re selling our home. Letting go of almost everything. Exploring new ways of living — potentially relocating, travelling, even homeschooling.

We’re choosing to step outside the “normal” way of life and ask:
What do we actually want?

Because so much of what we think is “normal” is just conditioning.

And none of it is ultimately true.

We get to choose.
